AI accelerates digital change across the construction industry in Southeast Asia

Digital Construction Asia 2026 offers delivery options in a key interconnected market place

London & Singapore, 10th March 2026 - The 3rd two-day Digital Construction Asia opens on 31st March in Singapore, looking to welcome a record attendance from leading Singaporean and regional government agencies, enterprise decision-makers and global experts.

Combined with the co-located Geo Connect Asia, Drones & Uncrewed Asia and Ocean Connect Asia, the event is expected to attract more than 3,000 attendees, of which 56% specifically attend Digital Construction Asia.

With the theme Construction in the age of AI: innovation & sustainability shaping tomorrow’s built environment, the Digital Construction Asia 2026 Conference hosts more than 30 speakers across two stages.

The conferences include the Geo Autonomy Summit and the Digital Construction Asia Executive Circle, under the theme Transforming the power of geospatial knowledge, data, AI and autonomy into action, as well as Digital Underground Connect 2026.

Speakers include

  • Dr Francisco Castillo, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Maynilad Water Services, Inc., Philippines;
  • Alain Waha, Chief Technology Officer, Buro Happold;
  • Liew Zi Qing, Head of Digitalisation, Development & Delivery, Sunway Property;
  • Ho Han Hsi, Secretary General, Taiwan BIM Association (TBIMA) and
  • Setia Dewi Prihapsari, Deputy Director of Data Analytics Division, Center for Data and Information Technology, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), Indonesia.

The exhibition welcomes industry-leading companies including Matterport, Trimble, Leica Geosystems, Kobelco Construction Machinery Japan and Varadise.

Supported by the Singapore Land Authority, Digital Construction Asia offers a meeting point for the Southeast Asian region, representing a population exceeding 700 million people and a combined economy ranked as the world’s fourth largest.
